ARUC is the Government authority in charge of regulating cannabis use, focusing on responsible use, public health and safety. It is responsible for issuing licences for non-profit cannabis harm reduction associations (CHRAs) and educating the public about responsible use of cannabis.

Membership provides assurance of product quality, safety, and responsible use. No! In alignment with Maltese regulations for cannabis clubs, cannabis club membership lists are kept anonymous. This means your personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with external entities.

Yes, only registered members are allowed to purchase cannabis from our dispensary.

The legislative framework in Malta only allows authorised associations like Sprawt to distribute dried cannabis flowers or seeds to their members.

Cannabis associations can distribute up to 7 grams of cannabis per day and 50 grams per month to their members. Associations can also provide their members up to 20 cannabis seeds per month.

No, the law prohibits the delivery of cannabis products. Members of Sprawt can only collect cannabis from the distribution site, which is conveniently located at 90, Triq Mikielang Sapiano, Haz-Zebbug.

Our cannabis is meticulously cultivated indoors, using advanced technology and stringent quality control measures. Besides, we conduct regular testing for purity, potency and contaminants to ensure product safety and consistency.

You can choose to pay with cash or card, as long as payment is settled in person at our dispensary.

At Sprawt, we prioritise the privacy and security of our members’ personal information. Under no circumstances do we disclose any personal details to government entities or third parties.

The combustion of cannabis is not allowed at Sprawt’s dispensary and anywhere in public​​.

Cannabis consumption is restricted to private spaces. It’s illegal to consume in public areas, near schools, or in vehicles.

All employees of cannabis harm reduction associations have undergone comprehensive harm reduction training organised by the ARUC to ensure that they are well-equipped with knowledge and skills in harm reduction practices. Participants were awarded a certificate of attendance for this training.
